Date; 9th August 2018 at 7.00pm

All the relevant highway information had been gathered by the Parish Council; VTC Consultants completing a traffic survey on speed, volume and type of vehicle in five different locations, a survey of the residents in the parish, a committee meeting with the residents, site walks with local people and an Annual Parish meeting to engage with the community.
The purpose of the meeting was to devise an action project plan from all the information gained over the past seven months. All the ideas were placed on the table and listed in order of cost, priority and whether they could be achieved without the assistance of Cheshire East.
The members listed all priorities with time scales and it was agreed Cllr G Booth would write up the project plan for the next twelve /eighteen months. The plan would be included in the next newsletter and it would be taken to the next parish Council meeting for approval.
The Parish Council would need to resolve a budget to be allocated to the project.
Meeting closed at 9.00pm
